Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, NZST, excluding NZ public holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Estimated delivery times

Once dispatched, here's how long your order should take to arrive:

• 🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days

All shipping is calculated in NZD at checkout based on your delivery location:

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking information typically begins updating 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

Customs & import duties

Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the product or shipping price.

Our manufacturing partners are based in China. Please check your country's de minimis (duty-free) threshold if you're unsure — most orders fall under it, but it's worth confirming before checkout.

Lost, late or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe above, We'll investigate with our carriers and offer one of the following:

• An updated tracking status with a revised delivery estimate
• A free replacement order if the package is confirmed lost
• A full refund including original shipping costs

If no delivery is recorded within 30 days of dispatch, you're entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you spot an error before your order ships, we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

SleepStream is a New Zealand–owned business. Our nasal strips are sourced and dispatched directly from our verified manufacturing partner via tracked international shipping.

This direct-from-supply model is how we keep our prices well below pharmacy retail (a 30-pack from us is around 40% less than equivalent NZ pharmacy brands), while still offering a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every order.
