Shipping policy

Everything you need to know about how, when, and where your SleepStream order will arrive.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation email the moment your purchase goes through, and a separate shipping email with tracking once your parcel leaves the warehouse.


Delivery timeframes

Standard shipping times once your order leaves the warehouse:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 8–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–25 business days

Delivery can take longer during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year) and during any logistics disruptions outside our control.


Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link. Tracking updates can take 3–5 days to appear in transit — don't worry if it shows little movement at first; that's normal for international shipments.


Customs & duties

For most destinations, no additional duties apply. In rare cases, certain countries may require the recipient to pay import duty or VAT. SleepStream isn't responsible for these charges, but if you have questions about your country's rules, email us before ordering and we'll let you know what to expect.


Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. We aim to keep shipping affordable on every order, and we frequently run shipping promotions — sign up to our email list to hear about them first.


Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days or the estimated delivery date has passed, email us at hello@sleepstream.co with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or refund you in full.
