Accepting these terms
By using sleepstream.co or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or place an order.
Orders & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if we suspect fraud, if a product is mispriced, or if we can't fulfil it). If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Product information
We work hard to describe our products accurately. SleepStream nasal strips are a general wellness product, not a medical device. They are not a treatment for sleep apnoea or any medical condition. If you have a serious sleep disorder, consult your doctor.
Your account
If you create an account on our site, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. You agree to give us accurate information and to update it if it changes.
Intellectual property
The SleepStream brand, logo, photography, copy, and design on this site are owned by SleepStream and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
SleepStream is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, where SleepStream is based. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New Zealand.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the "Last updated" date at the top.
