Warranty policy

What's covered

Every SleepStream pack is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the full advertised quantity. That includes:

• Strips that arrive with a broken or detached spring band
• Adhesive that fails to hold for a full night of normal use
• Packs that arrive with the wrong piece count, opened, or damaged in transit

What's not covered

The warranty doesn't cover:

• Strips that lose adhesion because they were applied to oily, damp, or moisturised skin
• Strips that have been reused (each one is single-night use)
• Strips that have been stored in extreme heat or humidity
• Damage caused by tampering or misuse

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your pack has a defect, email us at hello@sleepstream.co within 60 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. A short description of the issue
3. A photo or short video of the defect

We'll review your claim within 2 business days. Approved claims get a free replacement pack sent at our cost, or a full refund — your choice.

Replacement timeline

Replacement packs ship within 2 business days of claim approval and follow the same delivery timeframes as a regular order. International replacements can take 7–15 business days to arrive.
