How we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit or shop with SleepStream.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and payment details. Payment information is processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment partners — we never see or store your full card number.
When you visit our website we also collect some technical information automatically, including your device type, browser, referring URL, and approximate location. This helps us improve the store and detect fraud.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- Process and ship your orders
- Provide customer support and respond to your messages
- Send you order updates and shipping notifications
- Send marketing emails (only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Improve our website, products, and customer experience
- Detect and prevent fraud
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the third parties needed to run the store: Shopify (our store platform), our payment processors, our shipping carriers, and our email service provider. None of these partners sell or use your data for their own marketing.
We never sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Children
SleepStream is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we've received data from a child, contact us and we'll delete it.
