Refund & returns policy
The SleepStream 30-night sleep guarantee: use them for a full month and if they don't change your sleep, we refund you. Here's exactly how it works.
The 30-night sleep guarantee
Every first-time SleepStream order is covered by a no-questions, no-fine-print 30-night sleep guarantee.
Use them for up to 30 nights. If you're not sleeping more deeply, breathing more easily, or snoring less — reply to your order confirmation email any time within 30 days of delivery, and we'll refund the full purchase price of your order.
How to start a return
You don't need to call anyone, navigate any phone tree, or fill in any forms. To start a refund:
- Reply to your order confirmation email (or email hello@sleepstream.co) with the words "30-night refund" in the subject line
- Include your order number in the message
- We'll process your refund within 2 business days
You can keep the strips you've used. You don't need to ship anything back.
Returns for damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or the strips are defective, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement free of charge or refund you in full — your choice.
Returns for subscription orders
If you're on a subscription, the 30-night sleep guarantee applies to your first delivery. Subsequent deliveries can be skipped or cancelled at any time from the link in any shipment email. We don't do automatic refunds on subscription renewals you forget to cancel — but if you let us know within 7 days of the renewal we'll process a refund and send a return label.
What's not covered
The guarantee covers your first order only. After that, refunds are at our discretion. We can't refund:
- Orders where the only issue is a delivery delay caused by the carrier
- Orders refused at customs or returned to sender because of an incorrect address
- Orders requested for refund more than 30 days after delivery

Refund timing
Once a refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
